SCAD FEATURED ARTIST MAY 2026
In May 2026, Quantum Playground was featured as part of the SCAD Featured Artist program, with my collection showcased across the digital screens of SCAD’s 1600 Peachtree campus in Atlanta. The feature also extended to the SCAD Featured Artist Guide, where I was selected as the cover artist, accompanied by a dedicated write-up highlighting my work and creative practice.
Seeing Quantum Playground presented across the SCAD Atlanta campus offered an exciting opportunity to bring the collection beyond the runway and into a highly visible public-facing space, marking a meaningful moment in my development as a fashion designer.
IDA DESIGN AWARDS 2025 HONORABLE MENTION
Quantum Playground received an Honorable Mention in the 2025 IDA Design Awards, recognizing the collection’s distinctive approach to fashion, imagination, and visual storytelling.
Inspired by the limitless nature of play and the possibilities of the future, Quantum Playground transforms these ideas into an expressive fashion world where experimentation takes center stage. Through its sculptural forms, dynamic details, and conceptual approach, the collection invites the viewer to see fashion as a space for curiosity, movement, and imagination. The recognition marks a meaningful moment in my creative practice and celebrates Quantum Playground as an exploration of fashion beyond the expected.

ARTSTHREAD GLOBAL CREATIVE GRADUATE SHOWCASE 2025 SHORTLISTED DESIGNER
My collection Quantum Playground was selected as a Shortlisted Designer for the ARTS THREAD Global Creative Graduate Showcase 2025, an international platform celebrating emerging creative talent.
SCAD FASHION SHOW 2025 MURAL
Look 1 from my senior collection, Quantum Playground, was selected to be featured in a large-scale mural at SCAD Atlanta as part of the visual campaign for SCAD FASHION 2025.
Seeing one of my designs transformed from a runway look into a larger-than-life visual installation created a new dimension for the collection, allowing the work to become part of the architecture and visual identity surrounding one of SCAD’s largest fashion moments. SCAD FASHION 2025 showcased the work of 53 fashion design seniors and graduate students at the Atlanta campus.

The article spotlighted my creative vision-emphasizing the role of childhood imagination, Caribbean heritage, and narrative in shaping my collection. Describing Quantum Playground as a “visual daydream,” Essence celebrated the bold colors, tactile button work, and emotional storytelling that define my designs-making this recognition truly special.

I'm thrilled to be included in Fashionista’s highlight of the 2025 SCAD Fashion runway show, which celebrated the creativity of 53 senior and graduate designers. The piece praised the collection’s "playful yet lively" designs, noting the joyful energy woven throughout each look. Featured among this talented cohort, Quantum Playground resonated for its whimsical approach and thoughtful craftsmanship, and it was an honor to see it recognized alongside so much innovation.

7TH ANNUAL FIDA AWARDS

My digital collage and Giphy, submitted for the Digital Futures category for the 7th Annual FIDA Awards. This piece was selected as one of the shortlisted pieces in this category for the competition. This piece was an assignment created for my CAD class and was my first attempt at creating an animation.
